April Art Market - Studio Sale

Belton Center for the Arts (BCA) is asking local artists to clean out their studios for a special opportunity to sell their artwork. From April 16 - 30, 2010 the art center will host an April Art Market - Studio Sale for the public to view and purchase artwork.

Artists that wish to participate should search their studios, look under the bed and dig out their closets in order to find any forgotten artwork to sell. Pieces may be framed or unframed and should be brought to the art center during April 10 - 15, 2010. Any artwork sold during the art market will have 25% of the proceeds going to BCA.

The April Art Market - Studio Sale will be held in the Pruitt Gallery, located on the second level of the art center. A large amount of attendance is also expected during the time the art market will be open, as it will be held in conjunction with the SC State Chili Cook-Off in Belton on April 17, 2010 and the Anderson School District Two Spring Arts Showcase in the BCA main gallery from April 1 - 23, 2010.

The Belton Center for the Arts is a community arts center striving to provide the greater Belton area with quality cultural programs and educational opportunities in the creative arts.
