Craft Vendor Information
Craft and Retail Vendors may begin set up after 7:00 am Saturday
morning, October 2.
All Craft Booths must contain only handmade items. If a booth
contains both retail and handmade items, it must be located in the
retail section of the festival. Larger Retail and Craft Vendors may
set up after 6:00 pm on Friday night. |

| All vehicles must be unloaded and removed
from the square before 9:30 am. Vendor parking is available within
600' of the square. Transportation vehicles will be available for
assistance during the day. Vehicles are not allowed on the square
for vendor load out before 7:00 pm. Please indicate if planning to
leave before the end of the event, for location establishment and ease
of loading out. Also note that vendor vehicles are not allowed on
upper end of square (near stage) for load out until after 10:00 pm.
All vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, etc. needed
for their booth.
This event offers free face painting and children's
crafts to festival participants. |

| Food
Vendor Information |

| Food vendors may begin set up after 6:00 pm
on Friday Night. Sales may begin as soon as set up is complete if
crowd warrants. Sales may begin Saturday morning after 9:00 am.
Food vendors are limited on a menu basis, however, we regret that we
cannot offer exclusivity on specific items.
All vehicles not directly involved in sales must be unloaded and
removed from the square before 9:00 am. Vendor parking is
available with 600' of the square. Transportation vehicles are
available for assistance during the day.
All menu items must be listed on application. Acceptance of
application is on a menu basis and any additions to menu cannot be
accepted. |
